Animals help us heal in so many ways. We know how good it feels to have your pups wagging his tail for you when you walk through the front door. Or when your cat purrs and rubs against your leg looking for affection. But we are often less aware of the spiritual healing animals can offer us. From a shamanic perspective animals are a sacred part of the web of life with whom we are undoubtedly and intrinsically connected with.
